For online orders we are only able to accept payment by credit card. Should you wish to pay by cheque, please either phone or email your order. Please note the processing of these orders will take longer.
We try to deliver all products around NZ within 3-5 working days of receipt of order. If we are not able to supply the goods within this estimated time frame because for example, the product is out of stock, or if there is likely to be a significant delay – we will contact you. We will give you the option of cancelling the order if you wish and refund the payment.
We will not be liable for any expenses incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the order being delivered outside the estimated delivery time.
We will not deliver to a PO Box.
We stand by the quality of our products and will be happy to talk with you if you have any issues with our product. You can return the product to receive a refund of the purchase price or an exchange within 30 days of delivery provided that the products are returned in their original condition with the packaging and the invoice.
